Interested in purchasing a home through the Dwelling Place Community Land Trust?
Our free virtual orientation is designed to help you understand how the Community Land Trust model works, determine if it's the right fit for you, and learn about the path to affordable homeownership.
You must attend a DPCLT Virtual Orientation to ensure you understand the Community Land Trust Model and want to purchase a home through DPCLT.
Email cltsales@dpgr.org with the date you plan to attend and a link to the virtual orientation will be sent to you.
Spanish versions of the orientation are available upon request.
