Thank you for your interest in purchasing a new construction home at 2080 Union. Throughout the next few phases you will be asked to complete steps and submit requirements in order to be considered for the homes at 2080 Union. Please note the determination of financial assistance will be considered once you have been income-qualified.
To complete your application, we will need:
One application per household. Please note all household members over the age of 18 will need to sign the application.

IRS Form 4506 authorizes DPCLT to request and hold copies of applicant tax returns, which are required for income verification
One Income Verification Checklist for each household member over the age of 18.
To complete the Income Verification Checklist, you will need to provide the following:
1040 for all working adults in the household
W-2 for all working adults in the household
6 most recent paystubs for all working adults
